Upon using by the user the website services the administration carries out the collection and the processing of the user’s data, and namely:

2.4 The processing of your data by the Company Apostille & Tochka is based on the Governmental Order 25/1999 (ii. 12.) and your voluntary agreement. The processing of your data by the Company Apostille & Tochka is based on the Law of Ukraine “About protection of personal data”, dated of June 01, 2010 No. 2297-vi with amendments and your voluntary consent.

3. DISCLOSURE TO THIRD PARTES AND DATA PROCESSORS

3.1 The disclosure of your data to other parties may be necessary to ensure the unimpeded delivery of required by you services and information. For these and the above (see "The use of your data”) purposes, we can give access to your information to other parties, which act as our data processors for the purposes specified in this policy or for other purposes approved by you.

By this consent you receive the notice and give the explicit consent for the disclosure, without additional notification about such disclosure of your data by the Company Apostille & Tochka to the following data processors, which are involved by Apostille & Tochka: ministries of Ukraine and other countries, consulates and embassies of other countries in Ukraine, as well as consulates and embassies of other countries outside Ukraine, our company partners in Ukraine and abroad, which provide the services to the Company Apostille & Tochka. The Company Apostille & Tochka is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of your data use by the aforementioned third parties, to the extent allowed by applicable mandatory laws.

If you get your documents from Apostille & Tochka through the partners, which are bind by contracts with Apostille & Tochka or without them, you automatically give your consent for the processing of your personal information by these parties as the data processors of Apostille & Tochka (respectively).

4.1 We take the reasonable technical and security measures to ensure the protection and the safe storage of your personal information and to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, alteration or unauthorized deletion. We pay a particular attention to the safe transmission of personal data. These data are transmitted from your computer to the server of Apostille & Tochka.

6.1 When ordering the service you will get the confirmation code. It will be in the lower right corner of the screen. When talking the manager may ask you to indicate this code (hereinafter ID) for you getting additional bonuses and discounts or without them.
